V1, Packaging exterior and interior
1. cartons and cartons (or color boxes) clean, neat, correct, no damp, deformation, stolen, clear signs;

3. the production date of the carton is clear and correct;
4. the packaging method is reasonable, whether solid;
5. the bar code of the color box is clear and correct;
6. the machine installed in the box is consistent with the packaging statement; Whether there are instructions, certificates and printed handwriting is clear and correct.
V2, product appearance and stickers
1. all the stickers should be attached to it in the correct position, there is no blister, warped edge. (The test can be wiped with a cloth soaked in alcohol.) )
2. the printing of all stickers is clear and neat, the pattern, logo and color are clear and correct;
3. nameplate product name, power, voltage, frequency is correct;
4. whether the product components have scratches, black spots, burrs, watermarks, stains and other undesirable phenomena, the color is correct;
5. the coordination of the components should be close, the gap can not exceed 1mm;

V3. Performance Testing
1. high voltage test: AC110 / 220V 3.1KV / 1MIN 0.5mA;
2. switch test: power test, continuous switch more than 10 times, should be able to work normally;
3. power test: standard voltage, rated power of + 5% ~ -10% for the normal working range,
4. start test:
first from the low gear test, switch action, the machine should immediately start normally;
5. wind blocking test (to prevent fan stop):
A. Plug the air inlet with a plastic bag (or dry cloth) until the thermostat switches jump. It should work normally after cooling (thermostat switches reset);
B. Plug the air inlet with a plastic bag (or dry cloth), and the temperature control switch should not jump for 1-3 seconds (the temperature control switch should not be too sensitive);
C. In the wind blocking test, the heating wire can not be burned, the plastic shell can not have obvious thermal deformation or melting rotten, the switch is working normally (the fan is working normally), the fuse is allowed to melt in individual cases, but the fuse should be able to work normally after replacing the fuse;
6. heating wire test:
normal work, heating wire can not be significantly red (blocking the wind 1-2 seconds), in greater than 15% of the rated power work, should be at least normal work for more than 30 minutes, the protection switch can not be premature protection, plastic shell is not deformed;
7. noise test:
noise tester (A weight). Distance from the hair dryer 30CM measurement, should be ≤ 86dB (or 50CM ≤ 82dB);
8. life test:
normal voltage, at least 200 hours of continuous work (factory standard), in 4-6 hours of aging test, the power line can not be significantly hot, plastic deformation, protection switch does not take off (special cases);
9. cold air test:
A. After 30 minutes of normal operation (maximum power), press the cold air switch (COOL), and the cold air should soon be felt (by hand induction test).
B. Reverse the hair dryer (fan) close to the hair, the maximum power, the fan can not put the hair into the net cover.
10. hot air test:
A. 15 minutes after the boot with the hand from the hair dryer 10CM, should not feel obvious pain (1-3 seconds)
B. You should not smell burning when blowing your hair (3-5 seconds)
